Autumn. What a Lovely Reminder How Beautiful it is to Let Things Go
t’s the final week of October, and Fall has finally arrived here in New York City. The trees are just starting to turn brilliant hues of gold, gently dancing in the wind as they fall to the ground.
The scene reminds me of the beautiful saying, “Fall. What a lovely reminder how beautiful it is to let things go.”
Our minds can hold onto so much that isn’t serving us and can affect our overall well-being.
Whenever you feel off, ask yourself, “What is it that is taking me out of my peace?”
Then sit in silence or say these beautiful words I learned from my mentor and teacher, Gabrielle Bernstein, in walking meditation…
I feel all my feelings…and I let them go.
I feel all my feelings…and I let them go.
I feel all my feelings…and I let them go.
Allow whatever you’ve been feeling and holding in out. And breathe deeply and softly…
When we release what we don’t want, we make room for good things to come through.
